The ThirtyNine with a quartet of 6V6´s in "Class A" configuration can be considered the American flavoured counterpart to the more British sounding BRIAN 35 amplifier.
The power amp section can be switched from high to low power and delivers all out power tube saturation.
All three channels have a variety of wide-ranging individual controls to help you create the sound textures that you desire in different musical styles.
The CLEAN Channel covers more than classic Fullerton tones, from pristine clean to slightly overdriven Texas blues. The EQ on this channel featuring Bass and Treble controls, plus Middle and Presence switches to achieve your desired tonal palette.
The OVERDRIVE Channel picks up where CLEAN Channel leaves off, delivering everything from modern blues and classic rock tones all the way to high gain classic metal sounds and fluid lead tones.
This Channel offers three different tube configurations of gain stages, individual EQ (Treble, Middle and Bass) plus two selectable Gain and Master volumes for CRUNCH and HEAT.
A STEROID boost switch that adds extra gain, and focuses the mid range of the guitar and amp, which helps produce a "singing" tone when playing lead lines.
The Tight/Fat switch in the Crunch section helps to match different pickups of the guitar to the amplifier input.
The Edge switch is not only focuses on the Presence frequency, it will also introduce a high frequency cut filter that can be used to de-fuzz the preamp distortion, making it less aggressive and sweeter.
The foot switch able or Completely Bypass-able Fully Buffered FX Loop with Signal Mix and Level Controls can be adjusted from a parallel to a serial mode. A true "Hard" Bypass Switch removes the FX Loop from signal path.
